Ever since she was a young girl making pancakes with her grandma in the family kitchen, Sarah French has been captivated by the magical powers of food. More than two decades later and she continues to be inspired by the simple pleasures that creating and enjoying a meal with friends and family can bring.

Prior to launching her boutique catering company in 2008, Sarah spent more than a decade honing her culinary skills at a range of Sydney’s premier restaurants such as Astral and Mezzaluna.

In addition to attending numerous master classes and tuition sessions with internationally acclaimed chefs, Sarah also has travelled the world extensively to learn about different cultural influences and cooking techniques.

From creating delicious meals aboard luxury yachts in New Zealand’s Bay of Islands to teaching locals new culinary skills in the Himalayas, Sarah has developed a truly eclectic, contemporary style of cooking.

Today you will find Sarah and her internationally trained team of chefs cooking up a storm at corporate functions, media launches, private dinner parties, intimate weddings, and exclusive fashion events.

Describing her signature style as “vibrant, in-your-face Asian fusion flavours”, Sarah sources fresh produce from Sydney’s leading providores to create her exquisite and individually designed menus.
