Sarah French provided catering for a private function I held in Sydney in 2008. Sarah from the start gave me (a food novice) the best service I have ever had from a caterer. She made sure I knew exactly what was going to be served and there was no confusion. The food quality was fantastic. Everything was fresh and looked really good.
